Initial Hypothesis

Why we are working on embodied cognition.

Through our own experiences, we have noticed that the greatest barrier to human potential is the gap between our intellectual thoughts and our actions. Although we often adopt new beliefs and identities in our minds, putting them into practice can be challenging. Factors such as past experiences, trauma, subconscious behaviors, and our nervous system can make it hard to live in accordance with our ideas.

This brings us to the concept of embodied cognition. In simple terms, how can we help people fully embody their beliefs? Current research in psychology and related fields offers some initial answers, with practices like mindfulness, breathwork, bodywork, plant medicine, therapy, and more showing promise.

We believe that there is much more to learn about bridging the gap between the thinking mind and a holistic sense of being. This curiosity is what drives our research. Although we haven’t yet decided where to start, we have many ideas to explore. On this page, we will share updates, insights, hypotheses, experiments, and our progress along the way.
