- acta: added what section to website, updated opportunities page, first interview with jordan (engineering candidate reflecta), clarified 3-step plan for acta's mission

- do a livestream on building out features for our team to learn?
- iterating over implementation plans & requirements makes building of features 2-3x faster
what is limiting right now?
- no actively hired distribution & founding engineer reflecta; also not enough time availability to start building media brand with lucas
- not having gone fully public with acta
