
what did we get done?
- audience building: 1x youtube video, 2x shorts
- acta: created idea list page with authentication, upvote, and update functionality (took way longer as we were figuring out a new tech stack with supabase). added apply page with db connection
- reflecta: 1x interview with engineer hire, positive feedback from philipp on continuing the exploration of him joining
learnings/new thoughts
- public launch is needed to make hiring stream easier, planned for 2nd week of april
- content creation: figured out positioning as documenting what we do combined with sharing insights along the way. why will people watch? 1) curious to see how we build this projects, 2) get inspiration for their own life
what is limiting right now?
- not having founding engineer & distribution person reflecta
- not having gone fully public in our story telling to the entire world
- there are 2 systems we need to get going for acta to scale: continuous stream of talents who are applying, continuous stream of ideas. the first matters most.
goals for this week
- acta: refine explanation to the world of what acta is on website (preparation to make contact with 3 technical universities to pitch summer internship opportunity), improve opportunity page to reflect continuous hiring

- reflecta: implement sage 1.1 on web version, improve state management with react query, kickoff audience building (first video by end of week), iterate over devin rules & knowledge to test whether it is useful enough to adopt in workflow
