what did we get done?
- reflecta: concept for sage 1.1 with concrete concept of how the ai mentor should interact with users, small bug fixes, first interview with potential distribution hire
- audience building: published reflecta update youtube video, onboarded Lukas to support in the creation of content, wrote out dream line for LM brand
- acta: detailed plan for the initial prototype of building the organization, conviction on working with the assumption that money is not a limiting factor right now for the new sub-projects
learnings / new thoughts
- too many distractions (calls, meetings, unplanned ideation sessions). although useful in some sense, i need to make more space for doing the work
- although i want to give a lot of autonomy to the people i work with, in the initial days it is more effective to provide more narrow guidance on what to do and how while increasing the autonomy over the weeks ahead
- more focus is needed. instead of trying to do 5 things at once, i need to go back to "the one thing" which is the essence of what i want to provide. and then relentlessly work on that very thing
- for every piece i write, i could create a youtube video, and short. this is also what feels natural to me, and resonates. i don't want to create content for the sake of it.
what is limiting right now?
- acta: founding engineer, founding go-to-market
- reflecta: not having the next iteration done for the next user cohort, no technical co-founder
- audience building: overcomplicated process of creation, still needing to find a mode/rhythm that works to increase the output volume of videos every week
goals for this week
- reflecta: finish sage 1.1 implementation, wrap up iteration to onboard first users of new cohort, schedule 3 interviews with founding engineers, decision from philipp on joining distribution role
- audience building: 2x youtube videos, 4x shorts
- acta: create first method page, create first public idea list page, interview luca on potential engineering job, 5x reach-outs to potential go-to-market hires, adjsut blog so our team can add new content by themselves
